Can anyone tell me why three out of four times I stop for fuel, there is a 0.01mm range where the DEF nozzle handle will actually pump DEF, and it’s NEVER where the handle lock holds the handle?

You must be fueling at flying pilot?
Or those Russians tinkered with it so they fill def and then only need to pay for 1 gallon.

I’m at loves today but I see this everywhere.

Hey, if cheap DEF is the result of Trump’s Russian collusion, I’ll take it.

There is a flow interrupter to.resuce spillage, at the shop, that one doesn't have the magnet so it always works.

I have never found one at Loves that locks on.

That flow interrupter is to keep the moronic and uneducated from accidentally putting DEF In fuel tanks. That my friend, is a very expensive lesson learned. That stuff will absolutely destroy a fuel system.

Sometimes you can wedge and twist the def cap under the lever to hold it open.
