    Yeah, "until it pays for the road" reminds me of a certain dictator saying that he'll give his emergency powers back when the crisis is over, and we all know how that turned out

    They said the same thing about a bridge that they built in the 1940s from southern Illinois to New Harmony, IN (which was just recently in a news article on here regarding an oversized truck). The toll is now up to $1.00 for cars and trucks are not allowed anymore.
