I have 98 International 9200 with a reefer body on it... straight truck...
I have installed new LED front turn signals on it and to make it work, I added resistors to prevent hyper flash.
All worked good for about a day or 2.
Today, my rear flashers are going off non stop. Truck running and truck off, they are flashing. When I turn the turn signal ON, they go back to normal.
Any ideal what the hell is going on?

This sounds like a bad ground?
Or a bad Phillip's socket connector.

    Phillip's socket connector?
Oddly enough, when I take out the turn signal relay, the blinking stops.
Whats most surprising, is that when the truck is OFF and key out of the ignition, they are still blinking in the back....

I had a similar issue because of bad Phillip's socket.
Key off all lights would flash including the gauges.
    That was a 13 kw t700.

Where the trailer cable connects to the truck.

Makes sense, but this truck is a straight truck with a reefer body on it.... no trailer. I will crawl under and see where the main wire harness is connected to the body.
    Thank you

    Oldironfan Thanks this.

Normal wiring has battery power supplied to the flasher, then it goes through your signal stat and out to the lights. Signal stat could be shorting internally or something went wrong with your LED installation.

Thank you, I'm going to take the LED turn signals off and put the old ones back on. Wiring has a resistor on it as without they wouldn't work. I think its too much for the old system.
Signal start - is that the turn signal relay?

There are flashers that are designed to handled LEDs since they draw so little and can mess up conventional one. You might want to look into that. "Signal Stat" is just a name we use for your turn signal lever/switch that also has the hazards in it.
