I'm with Schneider right now, he says I should stay here.

 

I know there were a couple of YouTubers who left LS and went over to Schneider a couple of years ago and liked it better. I haven't worked for Schneider and can't give you a comparison. You should be able to make a good living at LS though.

 

I’ve done both... there’s no comparison

 

What's your opinion on this, I'm really curious.

 

You gotta be self motivated here and landstar.

Schneider is point/click/ and you have the load.

Being an introvert it was hard at first for me to develop relationships with agents. I’ve been here over 10 years and really only have 3 agents I know on a first name basis and will text and email with. I have my own trucks and trailers now. I would never think about putting 2 trucks on with Schneider. I mainly stay in a 5-7 state radius and I do great.

I don’t do van though....

 

I'm making enough to get by here at Schneider, but that's it. I wouldn't mind doing step deck, but I don't have a headache rack or none of the chains and binders or anything for that matter lol.
