Anyone recognize what company this truck belongs to?

I pulled over and was expecting him to pull over too. In hindsight maybe I could've got back on the road and followed him but I was pretty rattled at the time.

 

Yeah I've been kicking myself for not following. But I'd already told the police where I'd be pulled over. Just hesitated too much at the time.

 

I get your point, but if it's a truck that's been sold then the company will let me know. They obviously can't be liable for a plate they don't own. In short the company has nothing to worry about if they don't own the plate. And they could potentially lead me to the new owner if they did sell it. The police have a lot on their hands and I'm not super confident they'll get this done. Where I'm from this is far from their biggest priority.
