Wow.. you will sit here and tell drivers it’s a good place to work, that it has turned arround and improved but you refuse to awnser basic questions? You stated that the reason others fail is they don’t know how to keep the truck moving like you do.. But you refuse to even share basic information like you have some trade secret that would creat prosperity for others? It was pretty simple information to share, I guess we cannot take you or the company serious.. Sorry you have to be this way to your fellow drivers, very sad!!

As one of their current drivers I can say that they have a lot of good going for them. But also a lot of bad.

Good truck but very under equipped. No bells and whistles at all except for the fridge.

As far as your maintenance account. Might as well not be your money. You can only go to loves and speedco, unless it’s a major issue then go to a dealership. They also rarely approve repairs. The smartnav screen for example cracked in my truck, due to my own error mind you, and they wouldn’t approve it to be repaired with my maintenance account because it’s not maintenance related.

You can rarely get ahold of anyone if you have an issue. For example I arrived in north Wisconsin to pick up. Load wasn’t even in the shippers system. Called dispatch 20times in 45 min. No answer.
1 night and weekend dispatcher for 150-200 trucks.

You sit a lot of weekends but so long as you have a good planner your alright for the most. Problem is you either get what they give you or you sit.

You can have a load for $2000 for 1300miles one day and $1300 for 1100 miles the next. Sometimes worse. No consistency.

All my checks since I started. This will be after fuel and truck expenses. Just running loads as I get them.

As you can see it’s not that the money isn’t there it’s that you never know for sure if it will always be there when you need it. Daytime dispatch during the week is great but the higher ups don’t give a half ### Black Plague #### about you. They just want you to go away.

It’s a take it as you see it company

My opinion is don’t come over here. Unless you live on the road. Then It’s not a bad company.
