More than likely it is a ticket. What exactly does the form say at the top? What exactly is written
as the violation?
weight station fines

The old timers hate GPS use, but having weigh stations pop up at a three mile notification is quite convenient.

cant go wrong with them for $2.98 a week and a $100 fee.
they bailed me out of a speeding ticket. amended to 1 pt, non-moving for broken headlight and thats with a CDL.
money well spent. -
if he couldnt get over safely, then he should have a defense.
get an attorney. fight it.
i missed a temp site going down US-15 in Srn NY about 5 miles north of the PA border in June but i was in the far lane because of slow moving old fogeys. couldnt safely get over to exit (said all CMV must exit). Looked over and saw 15 state troopers going to town on a bunch of truckers.
I turned my flashers on and got over in the right lane when i could, slowed to 45 for a few miles and waited for the nazis to come but they never did. cranked it up to 65 and hauled as fast as my weinermobile would go, praying they didnt come for me. made it just fine, lol. -
My husband is new truck driver, and unfortunately 3 days ago, he drove the truck and did not stop at a weight station at 4:30 am in Arkansas because he did not see the that weight station. He was put over and received a white color ticket. Today, I found out the the penalty is $195.00 as result " failed to obey a traffic control device".
My question:
1. Will the ticket affect his driving record?
2. How many point will appear his record?
3. How can we get ride off the point if it is in his driving record?
Could anyone help to answer my question? I really appreciated. -
Yes, “Failure to obey a traffic control device” is a moving violation so it will put points on his license and his CSA score. I suggest consulting an attorney to see what your options are for having it reduced to a non-moving violation.reymonduan Thanks this.

Thank you very much!Stinky Dairy Air Thanks this.

Yeah, I agree. The attorney is the best way to go. I had a ticket taken care of in the Midwest for $150.00 wich would've cost me anyways in three years of inflated auto insurance.

Fight the ticket always.Sure it’s only one ticket. That one ticket can keep you from getting a break next time your pulled over.Or next time you try to fight one in Court. Best Defense in Court is what you have now a clean record

Have you ever used them with success?
