    Sad for the deceased. With that being said, all caution should be used when out of the truck on the shoulder. Safety vest? Yeah, only ####### wear those. Cones, triangles, flares? It was under the 10-minute limit. The sheer willpower of staying alive on the side of the road when vehicles are flying by at 65+ mph? Sorry, I have to bring up that he was complicit in his demise. I didn't read the whole article. Did the accused hit the disabled truck? If not, then the drive should still be alive.

    She hit the driver while he was setting up the last triangle behind the truck (failure to maintain lane in addition to the vehicular homicide charges). Georgia State Patrol said he did everything correctly.
    He leaves behind his wife and 4 children (the youngest of which was 5 years old).
