She is being charged. If you would but read and comprehend what I posted I said she should have been the first night.

I do not give a crap who was white, black, brown, yellow, red.......

That is crap for race baiters to jack their jaws about. The fact is she took a shot that had zero to do with police duties and should be treated as a civilian would.

Wow, you completely edged around what I said, which is what I expected you to do. If you or I shot someone in similar circumstances we would be arrested IMMEDIATELY! She got 3days to destroy evidence and clear her social media. You're response was: "she is being charged", I didn't say she wasn't, my point was this was a double standard.

And yet there are plenty of news articles that disprove that everyone gets arrested immediately., You might want to stop watching Law & Order and actually pay attention around you. Heck, even in Flint there are times the person is arrested days later, even if the officials know who commited the crime.

It was not a police shooting. To say it was would mean it had to have a IAD investigation prior to the DA even recieving the case. Contrary to what you claim to have wanted.

I know folks want to make up crap to fit their agenda. However you should at a bare minimum have an understanding of an officer involved shooting, and an off duty cop shooting someone.

Actually, it was a police shooting And Internal Affairs DID investigate And they found that she acted in “adverse conduct”,Which led to her termination from the Dallas Police Department. Remember that law-enforcement is held to a higher standard, even if you’re off duty, you’re still on duty.

They considered it one. I never did simply because it was outside the bounds of any situation I could conceive of her acting in an official capacity.

I still say she should have been arrested that night. Probably union bylaws preventing such. But in my mind it was not a police shooting. Yes she was an office. Yes IAD rules she had violated laws in her actions and then recommended the case for prosecution. After they decided she was not being a cop when she pulled the trigger. Semantics I know.
