So what exactly did you get written up for in your drug program....?

This, and what forms did you not have that they needed? Other than a form to say you're registered in the consortium, and you passing you're initial test, what else is there?

Lack of supervisor training in drug use detection. Don't remember the exact terms he used. Didn't make a difference, but it was a pretty blatant failure by CMCI to provide materials that meet the DOT standards.

Who did you all go with? looking for recommendations at this point as well.

I just had a falling out with health-street.net. They spent the last 6 months sending me a list of drivers to verify each month then a email for randoms that said I had no drivers in my random pool. No one could fix it when I called about a dozen times, always somebody that would listen to about 1/4 of what I was going to say, then fast talking a bunch of nonsense to get me off the phone.

I'd rather stay away from ooida, especially now. I read about NASTC, but for us one truck guys, do you test yourself?

You have to name someone that will receive the notice when to test you. They will then tell you when to go get tested ..... just name a wife or gf.

Or if you don’t have anyone else they will administer the program and tell you outright when to get tested..... kinda like a company driver.

    I just applied at consortiumpool.com
They provided online access to update required information on my own. It's actually easier for me, rather then deal with new rep on the phone every time. Also, I don't see much difference between all those providers, so I just went to the cheapest one. As long as I'm compliant with DOT regulations I'm fine with them.

Chiropractor who does Dot physicals where I live runs his own consortium, rumor is hardly anyone ever gets called in for random . Check with your local quacks should be cheap.
