You have to highlight to get home. So if you wanted home on the 14th for a Dr appt you highlight on the 7th. Sometimes you get home other times you don't. The fleet Managers are pretty good depends on who you get. They treat their drivers just like all the other big companies. You are just a number. Miles and pay not to good and it is not just the economy it has been that way since the merger like the month of Feb hubby brought home 960.00 for the month and no time off. The Rx plan is not good they choose what meds you take. Heaven forbid if you get hurt and if you do get hurt then get home and say you got hurt at home. Just like Swift,Werner and England this is a training company nothing wrong with that. They do run the trucks to 500k.

 

ask them how long the wait is for a truck after you finish orientation. It was getting near 3 weeks.
