1. Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Prime, Swift ..and most all of the big outfits aren't paying much to solo's but is there a good company where a team can do better ??

I am an O/O ..... looking to run for somebody, possibly as a team. Not making enough solo under my own authority.

Do you have a team member? Wouldn't that save your O/O operation? The more miles you drive the less you need per mile.

Please make a phone call... What you see on here might not be in effect right now. If you call, then you can be sure of the correct information. Wouldn't it be a shame if you read a post, believed only that and lost an opportunity for a job?

Well I called and they have shut off adding O/O's ... but at least I'm sure now. Got the weight on my truck down to 19600 (removed my headache rack and Sat dish) so may try and find a reefer company that is adding O/O's.

    luvtheroad Thanks this.
