Western Flyer Express starting of a new adventure

ok so as of November 12 I will be starting at wfx and have said that I will be giving a day by day and later month by month review on this company. We shall see what their about and any details I give will be honest and accurate with the whole story shared.

 

I will be a contractor. The hire process took a bit of time due to some thing on my records that were to fall off by when I wanted to start and because of the recruiting department. I would have to say that I would like to put you in touch with a Mr. Jon H he is a thrift party recruiting individual but can say that he handled my application and such much better than wfx team did in what he helped me with. PM me for his contact info. Ketton did seem to be the most knowledgeable out of the 5 I talked to. From what I have been told the recruiting department is under a lot of changes, that being said.....

The application it’s self was smooth and easy. Contact with only one or two recruiters was difficult. Complete answers from the team never really matched exactly but more than enough to give the feeling that I was being told the truth on what I was told. Ketton seemed the most knowledgeable in whole and all were honest when unsure of a answer and said so, I think this was due to a lot of changes being made during my hiring process. I did ask a lot of unusual questions but never felt lied to or given a make it sound good type of answers. The recruiting team was extremely lacking in reaching back out to me when I was told they would. Honestly if not for Ketton really looking at my application I don’t think I would be going their. Jon came into the picture 3/4 of the way but all he did in just the last 1/4 made me glad he did. I would suggest using him to apply here!!! Don’t bother leaving a voicemail due to the fact 4/5 times it was full and even when I did was never returned a call from just it. I’ve been given a rental car to get their, Amy I think was her name handled that. Their was something that happened their with initial contact with her that Iam unsure what really happened. Either way she was extremely fast at doing what she said she would and very nice to deal with. I had no trouble with picking up my car and wfx has made it we’re it took no effort other than showing up, no cards on file or anything on my part other than DL. I leave on Sunday to drive 700 miles to be their for orientation on Monday. I hope the hotel is nice but will see. From emails the hotel will be shuttling us to orientation......

Well Iam going to be giving a honest account of how they treat me and such thru orientation and as I run for a couple of months and probly up to the whole first year for people to see how it works. I put a bit of research and leg work into finding out about the company. I am willing to work hard and as long as they hold up their end I should be about 80-90k for the first ya but will see. Iam being optimistic and have some good feeling to what could be here. I start in the morning
