I have a 2005 Freightliner Columbia that has started blowing the stop light fuse when brakes are applied and I have tried everything from forum to fix the issue thinking someone is right but no luck on fixing it. So I believe it’s a short so I took a circuit tester like the telephone people use and that stops beeping when it detects low power and I loosing power in my dash. But only along the driver side could the turn signal switch wiring be my problem?????

Does the fuse blow with the trailer plugged in? Does it still blow with the trailer unplugged?
