If you want to store it for the winter, bring it up here and I can freeze it until spring! That way it will stay nice and fresh;)

It got all new tires, air bags, and brake chambers before he put it back on the road and I think it still smells like mouse crap after three years, keeping the mice out is what I would worry about the most.

along with the other advice, i'd be willing to venture, several cans of WD-40 and spray the heck out of the underside, all bushings, springs, etc,etc..leave nothing untouched...this will cut down or eliminate the humidity from rusting out things.

if you are going to store this outdoors, i'd tarp the tractor, to preserve at least the top surfaces of the truck from the sun, and other elements that can fade away the paint. plus too, if the truck happens to have even a tiny water leak in the cab you are not aware of, this will cut down water entering the cab, and growing mold/mildew.

maybe also, air up all the tires to (maybe) 10 pounds over to keep them from flat spotting.

change the oil and filters as well. put some sort of anti-freeze conditioner in the radiator, run it for a bit to circulate it.

Cover the tires too maybe some of that tire conditioner to fight dry rot. Once after a 4 mo of sitting I found a pitted steer wheel bearing, the half not in oil only. Heard it while spinning the wheel.Found by frame shop while straightening frame.Same Truck had sliding 5th wheel rails rusted solid from being Used for a Yard Spotter after it was wrecked. If you can’t Yard Drive it maybe jack stands. Better on tires too. Give the wheels a spin. Maybe some Lucas hub oil.My guess is if you’re looking at it all time it won’t sit for long !! Lol

I'm hoping it won't have to sit for too terribly long! I love this truck which is one reason I don't want to get rid of it I just can't afford the for hire insurance and apportioned tag for it at the moment. Saving all my pennies up now to hopefully get it on the road come spring/summer 19
