@TripleSix I love the look of your karambits. Wish they were legal up here. Finger ring AND a double edged blade make it prohibited to Canadian police.
After watching Doug Marcaida demonstrate how they are used, I wouldn't carry any other blade for self defense. Brilliant design.PoleCrusher, johndeere4020, BigCam9670 and 17 others Thank this. -
Sitting in the yard waiting to hear back from the customer about whether or not we can deliver today. Nobody, even myself thought to call last week to figure out if they were taking Monday off in lieu of Remembrance Day.
MagnumaMoose, PoleCrusher, johndeere4020 and 16 others Thank this. -
I grew up in a single parent home, worked 3rd shift through high school and been buying my mom’s cars since I was 16. I took my mom on a 600 mile trip to see her family. My dad’s oldest sister invited us over. Her husband, a man’s man, hated my dad for abandoning his family. Well, at this time, I was 17, roofing houses in the summers, working 3rd shift in grocery stores. We walked into the house and I expected to go hang out with the young people ( my uncle had 2 sons around my age), but my uncle held out a chair for me with the men. Someone gave me a beer and I sat with the Men. It’s funny, because in those days, there was no internet, but when I came back home, somehow, they knew. The Men at home invited me to sit with them. Never again was I allowed to play with the kids and teens. I had to sit with the Men.
What do Men talk about?
1. Who are you? 2. What do you do?
Ever notice that lots of girls date guys who, when they do the family thing have to sit with the women? Why? Because they ain’t chet. You cannot be a POS and sit with Men.
Met a young Man at the Harley dealer. I invited him to sit with me. Had some friends that rolled up that are part of a local MC. Well we went on a long motorcycle trip together. The young Man was asked by the MC to consider prospecting. He called me yesterday and asked about the Code.
“Hey Six, I noticed that wherever we went, the waitresses love you, the women do, even the kids. You live by a code of honor.”
All Men do.
“I realized that on our trip...the way you guys carried yourselves, even when things didn’t go right. I want to get to that point in my life too.”
1. Be the Man you say you are. Do what you say you’re going to do.
2. If he carries himself as Man, give him the respect of a Man. If you cannot respect a Man, it is because you yourself are not a Man. Respect the Man’s house. Respect the Man’s Lady.
3. All women and children should feel safe around a Man.
Anyways Mr @AModelCat, stupidity is a conscious choice that many make. They think that being stupid absolves them from being responsible. When you venture to other parts of the forum, expect for Stupid to be there. That way, you’re never disappointed or surprised. And remember, it’s having intelligence but choosing not to use it that makes Stupid stupid.

The double edged one is a Bawidamann. Sharp as a scalpel. Insanely strong blade. Saw a video where one was hammered into a tree and a guy stood on the handle. Had to buy it.PoleCrusher, johndeere4020, 86mechanic and 12 others Thank this. -
After I talked to you on the radio the other night I came down off the south side of the mountain going into Ardmore and the sun was setting with a reflection off of Lake Jean Neustadt there beside 35. I was going to pull over and get a pic but traffic was a little heavy so I decided not too.......wish now I had of.
It's been snowing here all morning but isn't sticking. The wind is blowing 90 to nuthin and it looks like just west of El Reno and further out it's blowing across the road from the fields makin it kinda tricky and of course they're making it sound like the storm of the century, lol.MagnumaMoose, PoleCrusher, johndeere4020 and 15 others Thank this. -
