Hey guys I got a 03 w900 with a 12.7 60 series motor. The bunk heater is not working and the webasto heater named "Tundra" is not working either. These both stopped working around the same time.

I have checked the fuel line going to the Tundra heater and it looks fine. How can I check the truck bunk heater? Cab heater works fine.

    Any help is appreciated thanks

When truck is warmed up, touch the hoses going back and forth to your heater. They should be located along underside and go up into bunk floor. On a 379 they are on passenger side. Should be very warm if not hot. Is your fan working? Your temp control on heat? Mayby its the actuator on the heater box. The actuator moves a door in heater box to change temps on your air. Or shuts air off completely when ac is the choice.

Did you make sure the shut off valves are in the open position on the engine?

There should be a fuse to the electric controls for your heater. If not there, ck fuel filter to heater. If not that replace glow plug on heater.

    Bean Jr. Thanks this.
