I spoke to a guy who said there was an O/O in our area who had his own authority, truck and trailer, and he would haul for several different carriers, but do not think that happens much anymore. I've done some different accounts and a couple were using their own technology to do the tickets. Can only imagine how complicated it would become if you had to have Qualcomm, PeopleNet, WellTrax, whatever app Flint Hills specifically uses, and a handful of ticketbooks and seals from all the various producers!

Exactly. I've never seen a load board for oil. The only thing I can think of is if you bacame a common carrier, and picked up the slack for several companies. I've seen that before.
