Replace the whole box. It isn't cheap, even if you do it yourself, but it'll save you some headache down the road. Mine has a couple of holes developing in the bottom, not to mention having most all the factory seals gone or #### near gone. My blower for the cab is weak but it does enough for now, but I'll be changing the whole box when it comes time.

That box is crazy expensive, depending on what it looks like I wouldn't change the whole thing. That being said, mine had insulation around it from factory that held water and rotted completely out. I almost fell on the floor when they told me what it cost. Can't remember but something like $1500???

And now that I think about it, it was a biitch to replace. Not a fun job. I hated KW that day.

Yeah my local KW dealer quoted around $2200 for the assembly. And another $800 ish if I had them put it in. I know it isn't cheap but at the age (mine is an 07 as well) of the truck it won't be long until it starts coming apart.

Idk how much a stainless or aluminum custom fabbed one would be to avoid corrosion. A lot more than I'd want to spend lol
