I woulda done the same thing as the end dump. Open highway in front, and i wouldnt slam on the brakes with a load on. One of those moments when its ok in my book. You couldnt see him, and with only 50yds to your right, him doing atleast 55mph, easier for him to pass then lock em up.
Anybody recognize this truck?

Alright. You I’m taking down the video. You guys are making assumptions on speed limit on that populated road and making assumptions. No in the mood for arguing and justifying. You would have to have been hauling this route to understand but it’s easy to play keyboard commado
-
Lol im not justifying you or the driver in the video. Just giving my opinion, this is a public forum right?
-
Whats with the tears? No one said you did anything wrong... We just completely understand the other guys situation. We toom yoi word on the 50 yards. Best choice was to get around you ASAP.adayrider Thanks this.

I gotta go with @Muddydog79 on this. It was one of those driving situations where unfortunate timing comes into play.
@Cam Roberts We weren’t there. Did the guy have options?Muddydog79 Thanks this. -
This thread reminds me of the time I was working my way off Long Island. Come up on this car doing 40-45 in middle lane with the mattress on the roof with 2 arms out each window holding on to it. I'm loaded and dancing around trying to pass them but of course they won't let me get by. I go right lane they speed up, come up on get on ramp with traffic getting on (ramp every mile) fall back in center lane behind them they slow down. After a few of these I start blowing the horn. Then they call the cops on me. Few more miles cop sitting on shoulder waiting on me, pulls me over. Comes up opens the pass door with the usual, how you doing reason we stop you is we got a call. Could you get out of the truck and come this door (passengers side) cause of traffic. I say ok but he is still standing on the step so he repeats himself and I ok but your going to have to move. So he does and I spin out of the truck to the ground like a pro. And he looks at his partner and says I don't think he has been drinking. Proceeds to tell me that they got a call from someone saying they thought I was drunk. I said it was the car with mattress on the roof and wouldn't let me pass. Little did he know my drivers door had the rod come off the week before and wouldn't open from the inside and I got real good at getting out the passengers side the week before till I had time to fix it over the weekend.
bigguns Thanks this. -
Too fast for conditions on that road. There is a sign just behind hill. A lot of variable this cowboy ignores. As well as going over speed limit. Like I said bigguns. Better just to take video down and having people come to conclusions having not been there or know the route. Not crying tears but I frequent the forum and not looking to create too many enemies.bigguns and Muddydog79 Thank this.

No tears my friend. Just too much variables to explain my self and the route. I thought twice about posting it. Should have went off instincts brotha
-
No problem. I wouldn’t take the video down for the reason I gave previously and it is a good reminder to those of us that care, how fast a situation can go south.
Muddydog79 Thanks this. -
It wasnt that big a deal considering what i saw. No hard feelings, it is what it is.Cam Roberts Thanks this.
