    www.USAA.com has some decent vision & dental insurance. You must be a military veteran to purchase it.
    They have health insurance, but don't know the cost.

    UPS has cheap insurance and pension plan. I'll try to find an example and post it.
    This is for truckload OTR drivers which they hire off the street. UPS hires company drivers and owner-operators for these sleeper truck positions.
    Here's an ad from Fayetteville, NC but doesn't have healthcare benefits listed. Not difficult to find out though with a little research.

    I pay $100 a month family. Dental and drugs it covers 80%. Co pay covers the difference. Everything else covered including massage therapy, chiro, acupuncture,spectacles or just about anything my doctor will refer me for.
