    What truck would be better for a three axle RGN would’ve four flip axle and a three axle drop the trailer

    I would go with just three drive axles. One steer. That's enough for a tractor.

    Maybe the Drop nose trailer can have 4, if you have the loads that need it. Otherwise three. It's not every day you have to heft a D9 Dozer.
