Thank you guys for the replied but I was wondering because I was told to be approved for orientation but the recruiter never responded back to me, called for three days weds, thurs, and friday and only on the third day answered the phone. She was very vague about her answers, never even send me an email telling me to come to orientation, and most importantly did not send me a copy of the contract or at least a letter stating I am doing orientation at their facility. If they behave this way now, how would it be once I signed on with them? Honestly she was very concerned and called me a few times to make sure that I pay for the drug test but once I did, is like she forgot that I was even an owner operator that wanted to do business with their company. I think this lady has no business been a recruiter. She is the face of the company for their prospective drivers, if she treats everybody this way I only hope the company itself will not be like her. I, however will not take a chance in a company that from the start has no communication with their drivers.

 

Imma company driver here. They cool with me. My old trainer from 8 years ago been OO with them for a few years now also.
