yes,they did dye test and pressure test on the first time and found leaking thru all injector O ring. They replaced all the injector O ring and injector cups and let us go on March 8.
Second time they did dye test again and told us one injector failed and they replaced it on March 19.
But now the truck still looks like before.
we do not know where we can go to repair our truck.

I am going through the very same problem right now with a D16. Oil dilution got significantly worse after injectors were-changed out at the end of October. The new injectors have been pulled twice to inspect the O-Rings. Right now, 4 of the brand new injectors are still leaking. Bill is at $16,000 from original injector 6 pack, wiring harness, 2 overheads, multiple oil changes, cup changes and tow bill. This has been going on for almost two months now. Finally the shop used the dye to diagnose the leak. I will update when problem gets resolved.Last edited: Dec 10, 2018

Time to start looking for a different problem than simply the O rings.
I had a problem with a Prostar a few years ago. It was leaking oil out of the transmission output shaft.
Everyone kept replacing the seal, and almost immediately it began to leak again.
With the 4th trip to the shop (and they could see the shop history on the computer screen, but no one seemed to think past the obvious) I told them to look for another problem because simply changing the seal was not working.
I told them to look for a scratch in the race, because oil was probably leaking past a scratch.
Sure enough, that was it. They changed the output shaft housing and all was good.Meteorgray Thanks this.
