Just out of curiosity, ins wants 2 years current right. Got over that but had a silly notion of trying to have a life without trucking, didn’t take though

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Sounds like you signed up with the wrong outfit. Give Jennie call Monday if you are ready to make a positive change.
-
Not sure that would work living in Az now but got all my family in Oh. Can’t get my SO to move back there so not sure you could hire me. I just know can’t get the jobs I want because my experience is over 5 years.
-
Yes AZ is problematic. No money coming or going.
-
Disagree there, but you’re a short haul company and one leg to az is what they do normally in a week. When get my recent experience nearly there or 2 years might look at you guys again. Looking to move some point could be back to the buckeye.
-
And if they decide not to hire you, they won't have the common courtesy to call you back and tell you
-
I'm sorry that your perceived experience with us was anything less than top notch. But if I had a dollar for every driver over the years that, during the hiring process, or pre hire, that didn't call us back, after we've spent hundreds to try to bring them onboard, I wouldn't be looking for drivers. I would be retired. This is trucking. Trucks are always looking for drivers. Drivers are always looking for trucks. Besides, if you weren't hired, there was a good reason. Focus on correcting that instead of trying to take a dig at us. I'm sorry, but we don't subscribe to the "##### is seats" philosophy most companies do. We run top notch equipment. I'm giving you $200,000 worth of truck and trailer. I need to be sure you can handle that. If not, I'd rather park the truck and eat the financial loss than put someone in the chair who doesn't give a crap about anything but holding the wheel and swinging the doors. If that offends anyone, I do apologize. But I can assure everyone that may be interested in joining my team that philosophy isn't going to change. If you feel you have been wronged in some way, feel free to reach out to Miss Jennie and I can assure you she will explain everything to you. If she can't I most assuredly will.McUzi and truckerman75103 Thank this.

I have reached out, but she won't answer when I call
-
Well then can you at least provide your name so I can have her contact you tomorrow? Not good to post a phone number here but with a name I'm sure she will be able to contact you. She literally takes 50-75 calls a day. I know because her office is next to mine. Or is there a PM feature on the forum? You can also email me your info at romericaexpress@yahoo.com and I will have her contact you.

Don’t sugar coat it. Seriously it’s your company need to run it the best way you see fit. Not every driver is suited to every company out there. Good thing there are so many so we can find where we each belong.
