    It has more commercial parking than any other interstate in VA? That can't possibly be because it's by far the longest, could it? And aside from about 50 spots at the Pilot in Staunton, it seems like the only other parking is as far north in Winchester or as far south as Ft. Chiswell...

    I can't tell you how many times I've had to slap myself awake on that road looking for a place to park.

    the only way a non resident can punish them is not buy fuel in Virginia. I have not bought fuel in Virginia in the last 5 years, because they are so ###### unfriendly to us. They aren't getting any fuel taxes from me. This is nothing new, most of those rest areas have a two hour limit anyway, and yes I've been run off in middle of the night several times. The only Virginia rest area I stay in is the one on I64 east of Richmond, they just expanded it, so they pretty much leave you alone there. Virginia is the most truck unfriendly state out there.
