2010 cascadia dd15 codes engine low 128s38201 and sa spn00355601

that 128s 382 01 is a low voltage on the ECM. Possibly a fuse has blown throwing that code. I would also check battery terminals to make sure they are cleaned.

That other code sa00 and Spn 00355601 are related and have something to do with the Doser value. Has the truck went into regen mode lately? When was the last time regen was done? Do you know when DPF filters were last cleaned or checked?

 

SPN 0035561- Regeneration Temperature- out of range low

Ran the code though the dealer software I have and can walk you through diagnosing this to find the issue. The majority of fixes feature the doser.

I am researching the other in the system.

 

Where would the fuse be located. 2010 cascadia.
