Yeah kind of. Sometimes they dont tell you everything....but you will figure it out.

Really the big things that get folks fired is the phone, and lying about bending stuff. Other than that usually at worst they will talk to you.

This is definitely a way more thorough orientation than any other I've seen. Hiring event was a week, orientation at the DC is a week and then riding with a mentor is at least a week.

 

I talk to a driver over here at the Pilot And he told me they're going to throw so much information at me. I'm gonna have to plug one ear to keep it all in! I'm looking forward to it.
