    You haven’t considered your fixed costs...the costs you have if the truck sits that week or rolls 12000 miles (payment, insurance, plates, etc). Furthermore, you haven’t fully considered ALL your variable costs...costs that vary based on usage (fuel, IFTA, maintenance, etc).

    If you don’t know your costs, then you have no way of knowing if you’re making money or not.

    If I plan to sit for a week I wouldn't I wouldn't have taken the truck to begin with. While I do put aside every week for maintenance , with 2019 brand new truck and trailer . I don't anticipate any considerable maintenance
