Same in Michigan. Used to be No Cop-dismissed.More BS these days. I’ll send a lawyer for a serious one like 15 over. Did that in NJ 10 yrs ago. Had reckless driving ticket from accident I caused. First ever and had a 15 over from 2 yrs earlier. Prepared to get suspended for 3 mo. Instead $375 for Lawyer (TVC) settled on improper equipment no points. $800 fine. Well worth the money. I should have had Lawyer for the previous one. Instead went myself and lost. Big mistake. Now I say Don’t get the first one. Best defense in Court is a clean record. Now have clean record and over 1 mil safe miles. Again
