    1099 is lovely only when you get 45% or more of the total check in cash. anything less than that is probably not worth it. was in the situation like that for 5 years, but i get 50% in cash and extra 15% in tips. money was good

    At this point I wouldn’t trust the Guy to pay Me. Doing another Load NO WAY. You owe him nothing period. He owes You. Anyone trying to force a person to work Christmas isn’t Trustworthy. No Values think about it. He’s a Manipulator. I hate Manipulators
