The only part of this story I believe is you bought a 12 pack and drank it in you're truck. It's been long time known you cannot "CONSUME" alcohol in a commercial vehicle. So there's no way a LEO, let alone a Nevada State Trooper would just say "oh ok fist bump" and move on.

 

I would love to see a rule, regulation or law that prohibits the consumption of alcohol in a commercial vehicle ON PRIVATE property! Would you be so kind as to post a link?
