Buy a 2015 Pete 587 or a 2007 FLD Freightliner

    I would go with the Platinum. Depending on the price. Are these good deals? I would go to the Cat dealership and verify the Warrenty and rebuild. A rebuilt cat engine should be trouble free for 400k+. If not 650k


    I had a Cummins spin a bearing at 730 or 740k miles. So, I'm not a fan.

    Is it possible the '07 fld is a glider being it has a single turbo cat inside? Check the data tag on the engine for answer. BXS, MXS, or NXS it's an acert converted to single. Assuming we're talking C15's here.

    Regardless I'd probably lean toward the fld. I like mine..:cool:
