I worked with a woman doing cement. She didn't take crap from anyone and trash talk as good as anyone lol

Apply where? Help the guy out with some advice on what companies to try for.

 

Its always easier coming from the guy with a job. lol.

 

some do but they are very difficult to get into. Trainee programs are very selective.

 

How can a guy get a few trucks into a company. Are there a lot of drivers needing jobs to fill the seats?

 

Every company is looking for trucks.

Look for a company that has direct with the frac crew to where they get called first for that crew.

There are plenty of companies that just depend on picking up the loads the first company can’t handle.

Agility has priority with many crews. Tuttle and Tuttle is another one.

The next problem is finding good drivers. Oilfield isn’t for everyone. So many come in from OTR and think you can drive just like on the highway
