Areally the BlueParrott S450‑XT headsets legal?

Amazon reviews say the audio is horrible on them. I'd save the 180$

The Blue Parrot XT450S with the dual ear pieces is convertible. When you are driving, you can use it with one ear piece. When parked and listening to music, you can slip on the other ear piece for stereo sound. The Rand McNally Drivewyse 200 does the same thing as does one from Blue Tiger. I just bought a standard BP XT450, not the stereo version, and the sound on it is amazing. My only complaint is it fits too loose on my head, so if I lean over it falls off.
