Are there any Horizon RV transport drivers ?

    Could you tow for horizon and run something like a Pilot car in between?

    Assuming they can keep your trailer busy, yes. Those guys get $2.25-2.50 a mile for RV's out but RV's are seasonal freight you have to keep in mind. Cars are more year-round I think but if you are leased to an RV place they will take 20% to let you use their numbers.

    You can make some money doing single pull and lots of guys do. You have to squeak when you walk though. No hotels. No $20 dinners every night. Throw the cigarettes away. Fuel prices and economy is the biggie. A 100-120 gallon auxiliary tank would pay for itself pretty fast. Then just pray your truck doesn't break too often.
