(semi thread hijack) Yes, Lost is worth watching. The previous season went wayyyy overboard with flashbacks but the show is very interesting to watch with all the twists and turns. Excellent cast, in my book. It is even better to watch on DVD form or via Tivo so you don't have to worry about a cliffhanger some weeks. Just click "next episode" and find out!

I was in Jenks too, but I missed you by a day ET. I stopped tonight in Iola, KS at a Jump Start truck stop. There's a movie theater right across the street. I saw the Watchman. I like this town. It'd be a great place to spend a couple of days.

Does Crete still work with Owens Corning near Willows, California? I used to live near there and would always get great loads from that customer.

Not TOO bad of a week as far as miles go..about 2,200 between Monday and tomorrow at about nooner...the bad news is I'll wind up BACK in Texas (Palestine) on a Friday afternoon, so I have a pretty good chance of sitting till Monday again. Maybe outbound freight in Texas has picked up since last weekend:biggrin_255:.

At this point I'd take Texas, hell give me the northeast, anything. I'm still sitting in the same #### truckstop that I pulled into yesterday. This week has been unbelievable and it's all because Supersnack is at the house and they don't have anyone else to pick on.

Since noon last Friday (6 1/2 days at this point) I've managed to rake up 1150 miles. I sat in TX for 3days, then another day in OK and I'm turning the corner on 2days here in KY. That's an avg of 176 miles/day. The next load I get better be a good one or this week is toast. I never thought I'd see the day when I was hoping for a 2000 miles week.

Oh yeah, it's snowing too. Looks like about 2" covering the ground.

I don't mind doing a lil NJ runs once in a while but if I was stuck there all week long I might drive off the GWB. Its true we do not usually sit around too long (Most I waited was 26 hrs.) bit we get short hauls with next day appts.

I know brother, but I can hope until reality smacks me up side the head.

Looks like it's a big poop sandwich, and everybody gets a bite.

On the bright side...I've missed almost every big storm this winter.
