Breaking something would be my number one concern. have to get towed or spend a bunch on parts means zero revenue for the run or worse...a negative!

My husband's company will occasionally take loads for TQL. They make us wait till we're unloaded from our current trip to give us the pick up address, then do the same with our drop off address. We have to be loaded first. We have to call when we get to the pick up, then again once we're loaded. Have to call when we arrive at the drop off, plus when we're unloaded. All of this must happen even though they made us download Macro point to track us. Plus through out the trip they call just to check up on us. You mean you need us to tell you where we are, even though you're tracking us and said it looks like you're in (insert city/state here)? Last time they texted around 11pm almost midnight, then called around 2am just to see if we would make it to the delivery point that was 3 hours away... Not all drivers drive at night, they interrupted our sleep twice and we were groggy as hell the next day! They do #### like this every time!! We take what loads we can get but TQL is the worst!!!

By the sounds of it you deserve what your getting. Try telling them you won't take the load without all the info before you move. Then stop answering the phone. Make a call telling them when your loaded and another when empty. That's all they get from me. Works great for me.

We don't take our loads, dispatch does. Which as I said a TQL load is only every once in awhile. And we're not currently in the position to sit around refusing loads. We're not making money if these wheels aren't spinning.
Doesn't make what they do any less ####ty. We've learned our lesson though, unless we're calling them the phone will be on silent or airplane mode whenever we've got a load of theirs.

Yep. TQL is very obnoxious to deal with but from a financial perspective they pay their bills. They do have some reps who are a bit more relaxed and will check call reasonably or by email/text instead of calling.

I pulled a TQL load couple weeks ago... It went ok. The guy gave me the wrong address and then called as I was fixing to pull in... luckily the new address was only 15 mins away... overall not a bad experience..

I put TQL on my spam list. Got tired of being harangued every day with load offers in areas I don't run in and for equipment I don't even own.
