I'm pretty sure you can only claim the gun if you have actually shot someone with it.

I’ve carried a gun the year I was company & guns in my own truck. I’m thinking better to be safe than sorry.

 

I carry a .50 cal Desert Eagle with me everywhere. Even to the beach and in my swimsuit, frontal carry.

 

I never carry a gun, I always try to reason with people who intend me harm. I prefer to be a victim if it means one less gun on the street.

 

Some guns are mean. Those should be outlawed.
