    More than likely this is just another rich kid getting off where a poor kid would not.
    Sure, the article doesn't give income of level of the kids, but kids with better education tend to be better off financially.
    The "good grammar" is simply a side effect.

    Meanwhile a woman in prison in Texas had 7 years added to her sentence for getting caught with 2 grams weed in her cell.
    Seems any excuse to keep such a huge part of the US population incarcerated. USA has 25% of the worlds incarcerated population. Whats that tell you?
