    Bobtail is immaterial according to the new rule changes. Technically it IS personal business.

    Why couldn't you just stop for your 30 while taking care of this personal business? Not really seeing a situation where it would count as your 30.

    A good rule of thumb for personal conveyance. Can you park the truck, drive a car to do what you want and come back.

    If the answer is no, then there is a good chance that you can not legally pc.

    What is up these questions lately? One driver wants to use PC for his 30 minute break and another wants to work for two different motor carriers and work 20 hours a day. Wow..who let the crazy train out of the depot tonight?
