He’s already out. I looked him up last year and he’s listed as being released and under supervised parole. I remember that crash very well. He got lit at that bar by the TA in Limon on Christmas Day and then drove his USA Truck several miles the wrong way on I-70 before killing a man and injuring his wife and granddaughter.
