Where was your trainer during these accidents?

Oh my Gosh, you should do yourself and find a better company ASAP. 40 hrs solo is nowhere near enough time to be prepared to run a training team. Especially in the middle of winter. As far as your trainer being a cool dude, its not about being friends. Their job is to make sure to train you to the best of their abilities, and help you avoid potential costly mistakes.

Worse case scenario, you re driving on snowy and icy roads and you have a moment, and your trainer is in the bunk sleeping, then what?

I m not here to bash you by any means. I want to see you succeed, and having trainer like that isn t worth it

    Do you have a CDL?
    Are you under contract?

Did they actually fire you? I doubt they will, but I don’t really know the situation, so…

Is it possible to just ride it out here, and be EXTRA careful (I know you were careful before, not saying you weren’t) for awhile (like, the rest of your career) and mend the situation at your current employer?

Thanks, I really want to succeed because I love trucks, and I’m in debt because of my training.

I paid for a CDL because I didn’t feel like being tied down via contracts
