Prime Inc. from day one as a new trainee

Well what is your update a year later?? Are you still with Prime

 

What happens to these guys. Happens every time. "Hey guys, new here. Gonna write a journal thanks for reading and following along" 10 posts later vanished.

 

I am very disappointed. Reading people’s day to day drama while being brand new in this industry is so riveting!

 

What else are you going to do when...

 

The guy realized his mistake and quit.Prime is a bloodsucker thats all everyone need to understand, cheap company. In this industry, where is shortage of drivers,shortage of trucks.Basically anyone with stubborn character can set up a transportation company. Can get a job anywhere, and after Prime you will realize that Prime is nothing speacial, pay is the same as anywhere else, duties the same.Funny how some trying to defend Prime and explain that nonsense from statements and teaching dummies how to be loyal to rip off family.
Dont go to Prime, you are looser since day one there. Planty of options except prime.

 

FYI for anyone considering Prime. They aren't BS'ing I used them to get my cdl 6 years ago. A few guys out of my class walked to the strip joint up the road on the 3rd night and had some beers. A maid at the campus inn heard them come in talking about it. When the sun came up they were on the curb out front. One of them claimed to be a former crop duster pilot looking to make some money to "save the farm" always wondered how that worked out? I had a decent 6 months there all in all but a word of advice for the guys who started there and are still around after 2,3,4 years..YOUR MISSING OUT. Don't be afraid to jump ship and go to a smaller carrier with less bs, trucks that do the speed limit, practical miles instead of short miles, (I left .43 at prime and made more money working less hours at .38) and the option for some regular home time if you want it. Will you really miss all that waiting on hold listening to elevator music to talk to dispatch?
