99 western star defrost

    Air comes through vents but no through the defrost vent. Changed out control panel on dash but still no defrost. What could it be?

    Most likely it's your actuator not switching between defrost and vent. See my post here
    For a schematic of the air actuated system used back then.

    There’s an access port in the firewall. It has the positive studs on it. It is a ##### though.

    Ok I found what you were talking about I can get to the actuators now do you by chance have a part number for those thanks again for all your help
