    Do they put new lifting straps on every load? Or do they reuse them? Seems every time you post they look awfully new.

    I bet those places have a unique smell to them. Not bad, but kinda like a welding shop.

    Yes most are new. They do reuse them in NY plant. I have actually delivered a big box of straps to NY with a load of steel.

    Yes Sir for sure lol. This is extrusion, the machine shop. Lathes, band saws, lots of coolant / lubricant used here. I was told this room is where every Boeing? Jet engine driveshaft comes from. I don’t know what they are calling a driveshaft, I know in raw form it is about 30” in diameter. I would guess the main shaft in the engine itself.
