    I’m overdue by about 3k miles o_O

I’m always overdue... I’m so used to getting it greased upon arrival at every terminal that I absent mindedly don’t even think about it...

No problem friend! I always look out for fellow tank tankers!

Speaking of liquid hauling, do you happen to have any online resources (either videos or books) about liquid hauling, pump science and/or any safety regulations? My interests are ever-drifting away from open deck work, and am wondering what the world of liquids have to offer?

That’s the way the whole industry should be.... sadly it’s not.

  7. Well the farmer sold that other 3406 it went down the road. He called his other farmer buddies getting the skinny on the other "parked" trucks. He says I can get them for a song. Hopefully not smugglers blues.

While I dont really know of any great internet resources for what you're asking, YouTube sometimes has some seriously useful info if you sift around on there long enough to find it (I know you know that already) however, I do have several books and study material that I've used over the years for different certifications at the terminals, things that are really handy. The railroad commission is one for example. Knowing those regs helped me beat a ticket I received at a hazmat DOT inspection.

Its obviously mostly stuff pertaining to nature of work that I do, but nevertheless useful to guys like you that have an appreciation for learning new things.

If its something you ever get curious about, I'll dig some things up and mail to you sometime @Zeviander .
