    Trains Shmrains... Give drivers control over those rail lines and traffic control devices and I'll show you how to move some freight... a little duct tape and a rail wheel conversion kit and I'm good to go.

    Triple Crown trailers are connected together and provide a slack-free ride on the rail. Each Triple Crown dedicated train can move up to 150 units from terminal to terminal at a time. [​IMG]

    Shippers are looking for cheap rates and not so much timely delivery . I used to work Atlanta railyards and see UPS and USPS tractors parked waiting for intermodal trailers that were behind schedule . Norfolk Southern and CSX would often have their O/O's pull trailers that couldn't be where they needed to be on time going by rail .
