I applied to Superior today, hoping to hear good things when I give them a call tomorrow. I have a job offer from Schneider to start next week, so I know that I have work at the very least. I'm really hoping to not have to start at one of the megas making peanuts when I know there are much better jobs out there. Thanks everyone for the recommendations! I will most likely put in another couple apps at some of the others that have been recommended, after I do a little more research.

^^ Speaking of Schneider , yeah it's a crappy company ,but if you can get into a specialized division you'll actually make good money and get the 1-2 years you need to get on with a better company.

There is a gig going between the rail yard in Phx and the Homegoods DC in Tucson as well as the walmart dc's in Buckeye and Casa Grande

I personally know a bunch of them as I deal with them every single day and they're all very happy with the job (except for the garbage trailers)
