I have seen on this forum that you can plumb the wet tank valve, how can i do that?

You mean plumb it to be supplied from shop air? You just need a 1/4” ball valve and a 1/4” air coupler. Honestly, I’d recommend plumbing it into the drier rather than directly to the tank if you’re going to do that, so that the shop air goes through the dryer cartridge.

Update, i opened all my valves on the back of wet tank and took a peek inside with a flashlight on one hole, i have a long extension put it in and discovered the tank does not have a valve inside, soo what stumps me is the air differece between this 3 tanks, i have sprayed soap water all around the fittings and lines of both tanks And no leaks... could my problem be upstream. Because i always hear turbo kick in at 60 psi right now nothing, and when the turbo kicks in thats when air starts rolling to my airbags and cab..

Somewhere on your truck there is an air limiting valve.

I could not tell you where it is on your truck, but the dealer or maybe one of the guys here that really know about it could help you. Maybe if you follow the U follow the airlines you can find it.

That valve limits air pressure to non-essential air accessories like your seat and things like that so that if your truck loses air pressure whatever air pressure is left only goes to your brakes.

If I remember correctly the air accessories do not begin to work until 60 PSI.

Volvo guys told me the check valves are on the fittings..soo followed Dino's advice check hose from gear splitter to a valve on the rail...with other wires..then back to primary tank and located hose that feeds it, changed out that fitting and voila
